Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR 2016/679”), containing provisions to protect people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you of the following:


Your data freely communicated and acquired by us due to the online sales activity carried out by Daripel s.r.l. will be treated lawfully and correctly for the following purposes:
Purpose of issuing tax documents
Order processing
Processing of delivery documents
Promotional information of the treated products


The data will also be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following methods: data collection through the website management form. The data is stored and saved securely and encrypted at our hosting Register. The paper documents issued will be archived and managed at our office.
The nature of the provision of data is optional, but failure to provide it prevents the provision of the service. Our company has prepared and will further improve the data access and custody security system.


Your data may be communicated following inspections or checks to the following bodies: Guardia di Finanza, Postal Police and in general to all inspection bodies responsible for checks and controls relating to the regularity of legal obligations. They may also be communicated to the following bodies: professional firms for tax compliance and to bodies operating in the shipping sector such as couriers and shippers. The data covered by this document will be processed by the Data Controller, by the appointed private subjects, by consultants and by employees of the “Daripel s.r.l.” limited to the purposes and in the manner listed above.


The data controller is Daripel s.r.l. with registered office in Via Vittorio Bulgarelli, 8B, 42124 Reggio Emilia RE and the Legal Representative available at 0522/511018 administration@pec.daripel.com. The interested party may at any time exercise the rights reserved to you, enshrined in art. 7 of which the full text is reported.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Right of access to personal data and other rights –

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: of the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of treatment; of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; of the identification details of the data controller, the manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 2; of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State territory, managers or agents.

The interested party has the right to obtain: updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the certification that the operations referred to in letter a. and b. have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
